Keep physics in mind when you finally get around to drawing because there's nothing quite as weird as breasts that float off in different directions for no apparent reason or hair that looks like it's underwater when the character isn't - that dreamy look is just for magical girls. I guess it comes down to a very simple answer - learn the basics first, then you can draw whatever you want. |
